Lead generation / Customer service executive
IMS: Our customers and clients are at the heart of what we do. We work hard to form long standing relationships through building their trust in us to deliver what we say we will, on time and in a friendly, professional manner.
Role: With over 10,000 clients that we look after, we are looking for a confident, friendly and super bubbly person to join our expanding team.
The role will generate leads for the Sales Team through proactive outbound call activity, including fact-finding, identifying key decision-makers and sales opportunities. The Calling a combination of existing customers (leads, prospects and customers) as well as calling to re-engage lost or lapsed customers.
The customer service element of the role will be to perform customer satisfaction surveys with all clients.
We are looking for the following skills and experience: The ability to present a friendly and confident manner on the phone, tenacity and resilience, strong work ethic, ability to work on own initiative, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy, self-motivation, a positive ‘can do’ attitude and high-energy.
Excellent package, negotiable based on experience.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday, based at our offices in Bicester.
