Property Administrator

An exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator required in a key role supporting a busy team.  Are you a ‘details’ person with a passion for providing excellent customer service?

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively and work to strict deadlines
  • Pro-active and ‘can do’ attitude

Training will be provided including option to obtain ARLA qualification

Job description:

  • Greeting visitors to the office, answering enquiries on the telephone and by email
  • Register applicants and book viewings and valuations
  • Process and track the progress of tenancy applications within the required timeframes
  • Create tenancy agreements and supporting documentation
  • Assist with the arrangement and management of EPC’s, gas and electrical inspections and legionella Risk Assessments
  • Manage the inventory checkin and checkout processes
  • Assist with arranging quotes and access for contractors to the properties
  • Arrange property inspections and follow up any actions arising from the reports
  • Update window displays and TV
  • Maintain company board process
  • General admin duties as required to support the smooth running of the office

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm

The Package:

  • £23,500 – £25,500 – Basic salary
