Meet Michelle

Michelle is the CEO of IMS, as well as six other businesses! Her drive for success motivates the whole IMS team, as well as her positive outlook which always keeps the morale high. Michelle also has a passion for charity and is an ambassador of the Prince’s Trust, which she does lots of fundraising for.

Holly joined us in 2016 when we was only 16! Since then, she has grown leaps and bounds within IMS. She achieved her CeMAP in Mortgage Advice and practice in 2019, making her one of the youngest mortgage brokers in the UK! Holly is an absolute asset to the IMS team and it has been incredible to grow into such a fantastic mortgage broker over all of these years.



Abigail joined us part time in 2021 while also completing her A-levels! Working around revision and exams, Abigail was able to grow huge amounts in her confidence and skill within IMS. Now, Abigail is full time and a crucial member of our sales and lettings team!


Abbi joined the IMS team in 2021 as a mortgage administrator. Since working with us, Abbi has developed her skillset massively. Abbi now is an incredible asset to the mortgages team at IMS, being able to help with vital parts of the mortgage process, as well as insurances.



Beth joined the team in 2021 as a marketing and social media apprentice. Through training, Beth took to managing the IMS CEO’s multiple social media accounts. Since then, Beth also helps out with organising events and making sure IMS’s social media is up to date and relevant.


Lynsey joined IMS with no experience of the property industry. Since she joined, Lynsey has grown exponentially. Lynsey has now passed her level three lettings exams and is continuing to push herself to gain qualifications within the industry.



Sara joined us after spending many years within the property industry locally. She has been an incredible asset to the IMS team, and as well as dealing with all of our clients fantastically, Sara is also incredibly helpful in developing IMS’s brand and marketing
